I'm with you all the way Bruce! Bearing that in mind, have you tried walking there? Might be a stupid question but we have only stopped there for a bite to eat when driving past.

The walk's OK, takes about 10-15 mins, shame there doesn't appear to be a footpath to cut across the fields!

OK - lets wait a few more days to see if anyone else is up for it and then I'll propose a date.....welly boots and compass not obligatory, but a flashlight may be needed!!

The pub on Fox Hill. If you are driving it is right at the roundabout at the top of Rocky Lane and down the hill a bit.
There is a short cut through the fields apparently if you are walking!

Yeah Matt, that's the one. We are considering joining the club on Wivelsfield Road. Think it's only about £20 per annum. Good food and a good bar.

It's the Legion Club or there 's the St Francis Social Club on the hospital campus site, both nice places......

Hi all,
I'm thirsty......how about this coming Saturday 2nd March? We could leave from the top of the road about 7pm.....and go for a drink or two? For those who want to drive, you can save a table for us walkers! It's been a while since I've been to the Fox and Hounds so not sure if the are any tables, but I think we could stand at the bar...unless anyone has a better idea.
Let me know who's up for it?

Matt,
Was going to just walk along the road as it could be pretty muddy in the fields. Caroline and Katherine will come too, so if you fancy it, say 7pm at the top of the road. Can Katie come too, would be good to chat.
Open to anyone ..... Just let us know here.
