Does anyone have the email address for a useful contact at TW that we could take a grievance that the onsite team seem incapable of resolving to our satisfaction?

Hi Dan,
I have given up with the site office (they have promised to come and finish off work on our house) as their minds are on other sites. I have also tried on many occasions to get in touch with their helpline but no one ever called me back......I was fuming!
If the matter relates to the fabric of your house, then I suggest that you contact NHBC. I know that others have contacted the, and they have found that TW have got out of bed to get things done.
