For anyone interested in a Window Cleaner, we are using a chap called Toby and he can be contacted on 07403 542840. He is charging us £25.00 to clean the windows. We don't have a conservatory and intend to use him every 6 weeks. He will also clean the whites every 6 months for £90.00, which I think is quite good as he will be using sterile water on the windows and tap water on the whites.
Was thinking that if we give him enough work, we could all benefit from reduced rates.
Anyone interested - leave a message here and I'll speak to him on Saturday when he is due to come to see us. Remember to leave your contact name and phone number.

I might still hold out optimistically for TW to offer to clean the construction dust from the windows and cladding for a little while yet but when this doesn't happen I will be sure to get in touch with him.

We've got the same as you, the Birch. We don't have the conservatory but it would be £30 for the cleaning with one. He's due tomorrow so will pass your mobile number onto him.

No worries Matt....incidentally he did a great job for us today but not the Whites until we hear if TW will be doing this for the whole site, which I think is only fair. He's got your number and will be calling you. He's going to be back to do our windows in 6 weeks. Cheers

Funnily enough I have just got off the phone with the window cleaner and he is coming tomorrow (6th) to clean both 25 and number 2 and will be around at about 1600. We could knock on your door when we come to number 2 if you're around?

I knocked on your door with Toby yesterday at about 1600 but you weren't around.
Really nice guy and did a great job so would recommend him.
He has a great jet wash system which doesn't take long but is very effective.

Dianne at No. 6. We used Toby recently to clean our windows plus conservatory and he did a great job and was not expensive. We will certainly be using him again.
