Hi All,
Received a letter from Pinnale on the 13th March requesting we pay the management fee. I will not be paying the Management company as i feel TW have not yet finished the grounds to an acceptable standard yet. The road has not bee resurfaced, low level lights still do not working and top green for one has not been returned to its previous conditon before they started drilling. I am not aware of the SRA being involved in the hand over meeting between TW and Pinnacle either yet? Lastly there is also the small matter of monies paid as part of completion for Property Management that does not seem to have been deducted from the account either? I will need to dig out my legal documents and see what TW charged us as part of the completion accounts.
