after walking around cedar avenue i have notice a few things which i think could be sorted out, i see a car parked on the green around the corner from the sales office which does look unsightly and not very nice for the children who play on the green, ive also notice bins in front of houses and when the wind is strong the bins have fallen over and rubbish/paper etc is being blown around, i have noticed people picking there rubbish up and unfortunately some whom dont, and this is not fair on others in cedar avenue. there is still dog fouling happening which is not allowed and also dogs running around not on a lead , again not fair on children or other residents. i think it would be a great idea if there was a complaints board to see if we could all help each other by preventing all complaints many thanks mr H gilmore

There has been some dog fouling at the bottom of the green outside No 6. We will be away from the w/end for a few months but someone needs to keep their eye on it as children play out there. Unless someone is actually caught doing it, its hard to prove who it might be (dogs let out after dark etc). Dianne Bain

Dear Happy Gilmore (a fan of Adam Sandler movies I presume! ) Can you let us know what the make and model of the car you saw was so that we can watch out for it. Parking on the greens is obviously not acceptable as it completely ruins the turf. I am hoping this was a one off but we nice to know if we need to look out for it again. For the time being we shall keep complaints to the general discussion board. Fingers crossed they will be kept to a minimum.

It is clear to say this is not a one off as the car is still there. I have noticed that sometimes its a small van and also now noticed which house the vehicle belongs to. They have 2 parking spaces but have seemed to take it upon themselves to add an extra parking space on to the green. Not only is this unsightly, but also unfair on the children whom I have seen playing on that green on more than several occasions. I can only guess that they knew before moving in that they had 2 parking spaces. I think this is unfair on everyone how they can think its ok to make an extra space. For a new housing development so nice , its a shame that someone / some people should let this down.
