Hi there
We have had an ongoing issue re our conservatory for some time. TW have undertaken some remedial works but without success and are keeping fairly quiet re my correspondence. I am concerned that the design / install is fit for purpose.
Is any one else experiencing the same issue and how is coming along?

Go for NHBC Nick, as the conservatory forms part of the build. I'm sure they'll crack the whip with TW.

I have to agree with Bruce here. TW are terrible at resolving issues. Fortunately most of our snags have been resolved now but have resorted to contacting the NHBC with regards to the last few as contacting TW seems to result in little or no response. When you finally do get a response from them they treat you as if you're an idiot. Complaints to the NHBC however do get taken seriously as it affects TW financially and therefore are dealt with swiftly.

Thanks for responses, the use of the NHBC is already something we are using. I was trying to gauge the extent of the issue on-site and what progress, remedial works, etc had been undertaken.

Hello,
Well, we thought we were OK after a year in the house but have recently noticed a couple of wet patches on one wall of the conservatory. I have left numerous messages on TW customer service's voicemail (they never seem to be available!!) and no one bothers calling me back. Has anyone got a direct number other than the general customer service number?
