Please could you all look outside your front door and then post on here via reply what needs fixing, maintaining by Taylor Wimpey and/or Pinnacle? I have a meeting scheduled for the 23rd and I would like to get a comprehensive list....

1. Play area..a complete mess and health and safety issue. Peter from No 40 has a picture of his little girl after she cut her head.
2. Tarmac coming up down on TW bottom road.
3. The state of the green where TW's portacabin was. This is a complete mess.
4. The large tree on that green needs to be pruned bak is it will be encroaching on the properties that look onto the green.
5. General state of the greens
6. Pipe work outside the Flats is a mess. This has been raised before and I'm sure that something can be done as it looks unsightly.
7. Green opposite 40/42 - a total mess. Holes And Tarmac....looks as though its been used as a dumping ground.
That's all that springs to mind.
