All,
The electrician has finally found the fault with the faulty street light at the start of Cedar Avenue and is planning to complete the repair on Wed 30th Oct.

Hi Matt. Still chasing Pinnacle. Was supposed to be fixed last Wed but is still out. I'll give Andrea a bell on Monday and follow up. Might be worth us looking into agreeing SLAs with Pinnacle in general. This is common practice with Service providers.
